We have a wide range of experience and knowledge in the social work and social care industry, working with transparency and flexibility.

We are rooted in research culture, have fantastic ongoing 1:1 support, Individual and group supervision, and signposting to appropriate training and resources.

There is a need for a network of supportive social workers and we have successfully built that with the SWC forum, offering practical and emotional support.

Additionally, we offer support to candidates in preparation for their interview & debriefing.
